我在linux上安装一个包的时候遇到了如下的错误:

参考此处, 可以得出如下方法:

1. 重装ca-certificates. 

 sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates

2. 运行如下命令:

 sudo apt-get update

3. 重新运行安装包的命令.
